RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer returns on merchandise requested to us within 30 Days of purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused  or in the same condition that you received it. The Product must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Only products sold by Adonis Arcana directly will be accepted.

In order to provide the best experience, samples of the products in your order will automatically be included in your Initial shipment. Whenever possible, these samples will be from the same production batch, although this is not guaranteed. In the case of products with various shades, you will receive the color chosen, as well as two adjacent shades. Please keep in mind that these samples are not air tight, therefore the texture/scent may change slightly. Always use these samples before opening your product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without the receipt.

 

REFUNDS

If you are in need of a Refund, Please email our customer Service team at Felix@adonisarcana.com using the subject line "Refund Request." along with a snapshot of your receipt and photo of the product (if damaged). Once received, Adonis Arcana will Issue you a return label for you to print in order to ship the product back to us. Please mail back within 7 days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Adonis Arcana will Refund the purchase price of the item the moment it is received and inspected. The time that this credit takes to show on your account depends on your bank.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you find yourself in need of an exchange, please email out Customer Service team, at Felix@adonisarcana.com using the subject line "Exchange Request." After confirmation, Adonis Arcana will email you a Return Label for you to print and use to mail the product back to us. Please send your item within 7 days of receiving your label.

Note: We understand that at times, deficiencies in product are not always immediately visible, and therefore accept exchanges on used product, provided that the item is mostly unused. This is defined by a minimum of 80% of individual uses left in the case of products with a set unit count, and 90% of the products weight remaining otherwise. in the case of exchanges, original packaging is also not required.

SHIPPING

​

Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS and FedEx. To return your product, you should contact our customer service team as outlined above, and use the shipping label provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using adding a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when mailing our package. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
