Return and Exchange Policy

At Adonis Arcana, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the shipment date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.

  • Products may be opened and lightly tested.

  • Products that are substantially used, damaged through misuse, or returned with less than approximately half of the original product remaining are not eligible for a refund.

  • Returned products must be received by Adonis Arcana before a refund can be issued.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Adonis Arcana reserves the right to refuse returns that appear fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with the intent of this policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shade Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong shade or color, we offer a one-time complimentary shade exchange within 30 days of the shipment date.

Adonis Arcana reserves the right to limit shade exchanges to one exchange per customer within any 12-month period.

To qualify:

  • The product must have been lightly tested for shade matching purposes.

  • Only one shade exchange is permitted per order.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.

 

 

In many cases, Adonis Arcana may allow customers to keep the original product rather than return it. Return requirements for exchanged products are determined at Adonis Arcana's discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photo documentation may be required before a replacement is approved.

Once verified, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

 

Policy Abuse

Our return and exchange policy is designed to give customers confidence when trying our products. To protect the integrity of the program, Adonis Arcana reserves the right to limit, deny, or refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future purchases when patterns of abuse, excessive returns, suspected fraud, or other misuse of the policy are identified.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
